The Hypothetical Quasi Star
The Hypothetical Quasi Star

So, what is a Quasi star, are they the largest star know in the universe? In this post we will discuss about quasi star vs uy scutiquasi star size, quasi star diameter and quasi star exist or not. You can find such information about them here.

Largest know Star - Quasi Stars

The Quasi-stars are just like the imagination stars that had been existed within the past, they're also called the Theorised stars.
In space zone, they are known Blue hypergiants in structure and that they are known that they're rather more massive than the stars of today. We thought that the largest quasi star are may be form or existed after the big bang.
Because of their massive size(billions of solar times) they are also have a limit that decreases their life span, they could have exploded after some years. afterward their left residual or properties like gas and rocks, are created the new generation of stars. These supermassive stars(Quasi-star) might responsible for the creation or formation of whole mass of the Super massive Black Holes just like the black hole that present in the centre of our Milky Way, the Sagittarius A*.
Supermassive Black Holes are also known as the seeds of the largest known star, the Quasi star.

Size

Firstly, you have got to understand A.U. before going on which means Astronomical Unit, which is that the distance between the Sun and the Earth.
We didn't talk about their radius, but we talk about their diameter which is much more!!
A Quasi-star scale is approximately 66au or 10 billion kilometres in diameter and 700 times larger than the Sun.

Which is largest UY-Scuti or Quasi?

As we discussed above that Quasi are known much more massive than the stars of today. UY-Scuti have a diameter of around 2 Billion kilometres while Quasi have a diameter of 10 Billion kilometres, which is way larger than UY-Scuti and is clearly seen!

A Black Hole in Quasi-star?

Quasi-stars don't seem to be powered by atomic energy. So what's the energy source of Quasi-stars? it's a Black Hole that powered the quasi star and it present is at the core of it. Quasi-stars also known for the creation of supermassive black holes that we discussed above, these created supermassive black holes are present at the centre of the galaxies.

From this, we can say that when other massive stars explodes, they creates or leave many other stars and planets and also a Black Hole. But when a Quasi-star explodes, it doesn't create some stars and planets but also it creates an entire galaxy by creating a supermassive black hole!

And also, the high population of todays massive Black Holes might be formed by the Quasi-star.
